Use the form below and please provide the following information when ordering:
- Please send your information over using the form presented here.
- You are not required to have artwork to purchase Polybandstands™.
- If you do not have a graphic and would like one our artists can create one for you.
- Please include your mailing address, shipping address, phone number and contact information.
- Determine how many stands, color and size, carrying cases and accessories you will need.
Once your information is submitted you will receive a quote from us within 24 hours.
Additional Ordering Information
- Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover accepted.
- No C.O.D. shipments.
- Prices & terms pertain to 48 U.S. States all others inquire.
- No shipments made without full payment.
- $250.00 ADDED TO ALL RUSH ORDERS. All quotes are approximate production times and no dates are guaranteed without a RUSH ORDER.
- 15% minimum charge on cancellations in production, services rendered, and restocking fees on any returned items.
- No returns or refunds on graphics or stands with graphics.
- No returns or refunds after 14 days. All returns must be unused in original packaging.

Custom Design Services
We offer full custom design services for your Polybandstands™ should you need them. One of our artists will reach out to you to discuss your project, and any ideas or direction that you might have. Within 48 hours, they will then provide four different ideas for you to choose from. You will have two rounds of edits where you can make changes, or mix and match elements from the provided designs before selecting a final design. Once a design has been selected a final proof will be sent to you for approval before we begin the production phase.
If you already have a design but the resolution is soft, or you can’t get a cleaner design, or you just want it cleaned up, we also offer design editing, where we will take your design and redigitize it to make it cleaner and ready to print. (Some restrictions apply)
